Jitterbuggin' Yummy Treats

Hi everyone and Welcome to my new followers! This is my card for Jitterbuggin' Sketch 27 - Yummy Christmas Treats! Sherri asked us to add our favorite Christmas treat to the sketch and add a little rickrack.
With limited Cricut cuts of food/sweets, I decided to go with the peppermint cut from Joys of the Season, cut at 2 1/4 inches. The pink and green labels are cut at 3 inches and the white label is cut at 3 1/4 inches using the Cricut Lite Cartridge Lacy Labels. I love this paper and I must be making a peppermint series since this is my third card with some of the same paper! lol If you have seen some of my work on Cricut messageboard, you may have seen the two previous cards. I do plan to post them later on my blog. Ok, back to my card, the green paper with the printed words was run through my Cuttlebug with the Swiss Dots folder. The labels are pop-dotted for more dimension. To add more candy, I use a Martha Stewart Candy punch and added the strip to the bottom of card. Hope you can see my tiny white rickrack----the only piece I could find in my treasure boxes! Yes! I love peppermint at Christmas and throughout the entire year!!

Hope you enjoy! Thanks for your comments!
