Fantabulous Cricut - Ch #79 - Leaves Are Falling

It has been awhile since I last posted. I have been away on a fabulous cruise! I enjoyed lots of fun with my Red Hat sisters. Maybe I can share a few photos soon. Now it is back to fun with the Cricut!
Today begins a fun challenge at Fantabulous Cricut. Challenge #79 is Leaves Are Falling. When I saw the challenge theme, I remembered some photos of my grandkids that would work great for this theme on a scrapbook page. Folks in my small hometown enjoy a pretty walking trail which features a bridge over a small creek. Fall foliage is always pretty and many photos have been made in this area. I like the effect of the leaves in the water!
The paper is from DCWV The Four Seasons Stack, some of which have glitter. The papers in this pack are so pretty and I would not want to cut it so I will let the paper speak. Several leaves were cut with the Cricut and added to the left side of page and a red leaf was pop-dotted over the photo.
Cricut Cartridge is Stretch Your Imagination.
Page 48 - Leaf is cut at varying sizes of the different colors. Red leaf is 3 1/2".
Page 48 - Leaf using the silhouette feature is 4 3/4". I used this leaf for the journaling.
Page 42 - Autumn is cut on shift at 6 1/2".
Photo mats are hand cut. Inking on the leaves. Some leaves are pop-dotted.

We would love for you to join us this week and share your project for Leaves are Falling! Remember you must include a Cricut cut. Be sure to visit FCCB to see all the pretty projects by the design team!
