Vintage Florals Iris

Welcome to Glenda's Cards!
Today I am sharing a card made using Anna Griffin products! Card measures 5" x 7" and is cut from white Bazzill card stock. Other papers are Recollections.

Cricut Cartridges:
Anna's Vintage Florals - I enjoy playing with these pretty floral images from the digital print and cut cartridge. Iris is cut 2.5" wide x 3.62" high.
Anna's Splendid Soiree - Lace Invitation is cut 4.75" wide x 6.64" high. This includes the purple mat, yellow doily, and white mat. Rather than using these images as an invitation, I chose to use it as the front of the card. The doily image has slots on each inside corner for the white mat to slide in. I eliminated those slots.
Anna's Flourish Cards and Embellishments - The sentiment "Wishing you all the best" is written with the Cricut Midnight pen on the white mat.
Anna's Lace Cards and Embellishments - The butterfly is cut 1.45" wide x 1.65" high.

For added details, I added a strip of lace and a yellow crinkle ribbon bow.
I am happy with the finished card! Hope you enjoy!

Die Cuttin' Divas - Ch. 309 3D Bags, Purses, or Boxes

Welcome to Glenda's Cards!

Happy Spring everyone! I do enjoy Spring and all the pretty blooming flowers.
Today is time again for another fun challenge at Die Cuttin' Divas. Ch. 309 is 3D Bags, Purses, and Boxes. I chose to make a bag with some pretty Spring color paper. The paper pad is Craft Smith Tea Party that was bought a few years back.

Cricut Cartridges:
Anna's Sophisticated Soiree - Flourish Treat Bag is cut 11" wide x 7.05" high. I love the pretty flourish top of the bag!

Although I have Cricut rosette flower images, I chose to hand cut this rosette with my Fiskars cutting board. The 12" inch strip of paper was cut at 1 1/4" wide and folded at each 1/4 inch. I added a pretty pink brad from The Paper Studio Spare Parts. Rosette is pop-dotted on the bag.  I added a little pink tissue paper. A perfect little box for candy and/or small gift for my special friend.

Close up view.

Heart Bee Birthday Card

Welcome to Glenda's Cards!

I am sharing a birthday card for a friend. The card measures 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" white cardstock. Patterned paper is K&Company Valentine paper that was left over from Valentine projects. I thought the paper would work great for a young lady's birthday.

Miss Kate's Cuttables - Heart Bee is cut 2.94 wide" x 2.75" high. This was a recent free image. It works great with my Cricut Explore and Design Space. Thanks for the cute freebie.

Cricut Cartridges:
Just Because  - Bee Happy is cut 2.2" wide x 1.5" high.
Anna's Lovely Layered Cards 2 - Happy birthday to you is written with the Cricut Midnight pen on an inserted 3.75" wide x 3.12" rectangle shape. This is used inside the card.
Cuttlebug Divine Swirls folder is used on the white mat under the cute bee.
