Thank You Card

Welcome to Glenda's Cards!
Looking through Cricut Design Space projects, I chose to try one of the pretty Anna Griffin projects. Good instructions are provided and the images load into Design Space at the correct size. Easy to do but the hard part is choosing papers! Recollections Pink shimmer paper is used for the card base. Yellow papers are Anna Griffin and white is Colorbok.

Cricut Cartridge is Anna's Window Frame Cards. Flowers and the thank you ribbon are print and cut images.

I added pop-dots on the layers and some of the flowers for added dimension on the card. Love the way this turned out!

Hope you enjoy! If you own this Cricut cartridge, be sure to try this card. I used pink and yellow papers but my card has a different look than the card featured.

Smile

Welcome to Glenda's Cards!

I have been busy with lots of pretty pink and coordinating papers on my projects lately. What should I do with those smaller papers that are left over! Make another card, of course. Patterned papers are from Anna Griffin. I dislike tossing an inch of those pretty papers! This is the results! White card is 5" x 6 1/2".

To add more dimension, I pulled out my Cuttlebug and folders.
Cuttlebug Folders: Madison - Pink background mat, Geometric Circles on the green strip, and Polka Dots on the narrow pink strip.

Cricut Cartridges:
Anna's Vintage Phrases - Smile is a Print and Cut image. Size is 2.50"
Anna's Window Box Cards - Scroll Embellishment is cut 2.301" wide x 3.11" high.
Anna's Fantastic Flip Cards - Roses--Print and Cut image. Size 2.5" wide x 3.35" high.

Inside card:
Cricut Anna's Bridal & Baby Soirees - White with pink mat is cut 4.50" wide x 6.00" high.
Cricut Anna's Fantastic Flip Cards - Congratulations to you is written with the Cricut Pink Crystal Pen.

Pop dots are used on the flower and sentiment.

 Inside of card!

I love how this card turned out. It is a surprise card on a great accomplishment for a dear friend!

More Valentine Cards

Welcome to Glenda's Cards!

I am running a bit late in sharing these Valentine cards. These are simple cards, but they turn out really cute.

Cricut cartridge is Printable Valentine Cards. This cartridge is a recent addition to the Cricut library and is available free in Cricut Access. Since the front of the cards are printable images, the cards go together quickly. The card is cut 8.50" wide x 5.50" high. There are 9 card images available, but I am only sharing 8 of those cards.

I used white and blue Recollection cardstock for card base. I added a colored mat behind some of the printable images. I really like the way the red check mat looks behind the images. Of course, different color mats can change the looks of the card.

Hope you enjoy! Thanks for your visits and comments!

Hearts/Just for you

Welcome to Glenda's Cards!

I have been working with more pinks, roses, and hearts with my Cricut Maker. A Valentine for a special person! Card measures 5" x 7" and is cut from Colorbok white paper. Patterned papers are from Anna Griffin cardstock.

Cuttlebug Folder Love's in the Air which is a 6 piece set. I wanted to add a little dimension to the rose mat paper and this is a pretty folder.
Cuttlebug Anna Griffin Eleanor Laces Cut and Emboss Dies is used on the Cricut Pearl paper.

Cricut Cartridges:
Anna's Window Ledge Cards - Card is cut 5" x 7". Roses are Print and cut images.
Anna's Lace Cards and Embellishments - Heart Decorative Element is cut 2.75" wide.
Anna's Fantastic FlipCards - Butterfly

The light pink heart and the patterned heart are cut out images from  previous project. Found a use for them! Sentiment is from Anna Griffin Fancy Flips Card Making Kit and Cutting dies.

I really like the way this turned out, plus I used a Cuttlebug folder and cutting die that had been forgotten!

Hope you enjoy! Thanks for your visits and comments!
