Welcome to Glenda's Cards!
It is time again for another fun challenge at My Sheri Crafts and my turn to choose the theme. With the 4th of July fast approaching (where did the first half of the year go!) I would like to see patriotic projects. Challenge 160 is Happy 4th of July... make a patriotic card or project! I decided to try another double twisted easel card. The tutorial for the card can be found at Split Coast Stampers. The card starts with an 8" square blue cardstock. The patterned papers are from The Paper Studio. I love all the patterns together. Solid papers are from scrap stash.
Cricut Cartridges:
Independence Day - Hat is cut 3.25" wide. Flag is cut 4" wide. Both images are pop-dotted on the card. The small stars at the bottom of card are the cut out stars from the hat.
Phrases - 4th of July is cut 4" wide. Phrase is layered on a blue hand cut mat which measures 4.5" x 2.75". It is pop-dotted on the card.
Cuttlebug Folder - Stars used on the blue mat.
Left side of card.
Right side of center.
Lower section of card.
Visit My Sheri Crafts to see all the patriotic projects made by the design team and our guest designer. For more information on the projects, please visit the individual blogs and leave some love! Now it is your turn to play along with us! We look forward to seeing your pretty patriotic projects!
