Welcome to Glenda's Cards!
Today begins a new fun challenge at My Sheri Crafts! Design team sister Sarah is hosting this challenge and she chose "Let's Go 3D". Make anything that is 3D--nothing Flat this time. For my project, I made a teacup and saucer using my Cricut Explore and beautiful K&Company papers.
Cricut Cartridges:
Tags, Bags, Boxes, and More2 - Teacup is cut 10" wide x 10.39" high. Finished size of the cup rim is 3 1/4".
Elegant Edges - Circle scallop doily is cut 3.75" wide from white and blue solid papers.
Flower Shoppe - Flower is cut 1.75", 1.50", 1.25", 1.00", and .75" wide. After a little spritz of water and drying, the petals were shaped and all layers were glued together. A gold rhinestone is glued in center of flower.
Finishing touches are a gold trim left over from previous project which was glued to cup and saucer.
Be sure to visit My Sheri Crafts to see all the pretty projects by the design team and guest designer. For more information on the projects, please visit the individual blogs. Don't forget to leave us a little love!!
Now it is your turn to play along with us! We look forward to seeing your 3D projects!

This teacup is amazing! You did a wonderful job Glenda. I love the gold trim around the edges, I first thought it was crocheted!!!

Glenda, my jaw dropped when I saw this image the first time in the DT album. This is such an exquisite project. The papers and trims you used are just perfect. My mother hosts a tea party every year after Valentine's Day and you can bet that I will be "scrap-lifting" your project for her event. I LOVE IT!
