Fantastic Flip Cards 4

Today I am sharing the fourth flip card that I have finished. This card has a circle opening. Paper is from Prima Tales of You and Me paper pad. Folded card measures 5" x 7".

Cricut Cartridges:

Anna Griffin Fantastic Flip Cards- Card is cut 11.27" wide x 6.989" high. The size does not include the envelope. Butterfly is cut 2" wide x 1.28" high. Circle for the sentiment is cut 2.59" wide x 2.542" high. Sentiment "Thinking of You" is written on the circle with the Cricut Midnight pen.

Anna's Elegant Embellishments - Flower is cut 3.50" wide x 2.935" high using flip feature. 

I really like the looks of the butterfly and flower using the pretty patterned papers.

I think the sentiment written of the patterned paper is pretty! Another mat can be added inside if I should want to add a personal message.

I am back today to share my third card in the Fantastic Flip Cards series. I enjoy playing with this Cricut cartridge.The pretty double-sided paper is from K&Company. Solid green paper is Colorbok Pearlescent. The camera did not catch the shimmer paper very well, but it does look pretty on the card. When folded the card measures approximately 5" x 7". Above photo shows the card standing with the flap slightly opened.

Cricut Cartridge:

Anna Griffin Fantastic Flip Cards - Card #M165798A is cut 11.092" wide x 6.998" high. This size is without the included envelope.

Roses are print and cut images. I love the flowers in this cartridge. Larger white rose is cut 2.75" wide x 3.50" high. Smaller white rose is cut 1.75" wide x 1.768" high. I cut two roses of each size using the flip feature for one of the roses. I backed each rose with the flipped rose image. The larger rose is pop-dotted on the card.

Green oblong label is cut 1.933 wide x 4.173" high. White label is cut 2.023" wide 4. 367" high. The sentiment "Happy Birthday" is written on the green label using the Cricut midnight pen.

Using Insert Shapes, the white rectangle is cut 2.75" wide x 3.50" high. Sentiment " Sending You Heartfelt Wishes" is also written with the black pen.

I did not record the size of the corner images, but it measures approximately 1.50" x 1.50".

Die Cuttin' Divas - Ch. 325 Spa Time

It is time for another fun challenge at Die Cuttin' Divas. Ch. 325 is Spa Time. My card is 5 1/2" x 4 1/4" white cardstock. The pretty patterned papers are from DCWV Fresh Floral Stack.

Cricut Cartridges:

Using Insert Shapes in Cricut Design Space, the green dot paper is cut 5.25" wide x 4" high. The white mat is cut 4.25" wide x 3" high.

Elegant Edges - Butterfly Scallop Rectangle is cut 5" wide x 3.75" high. This is the floral paper. I removed the butterfly by welding a small square over the image.

Heritage - Bath tub is cut 2.25" wide x 1.31" high.

Paper Dolls for Everyday - Bath Bubbles cut 1.638" wide x .509" and Towel cut .494" wide x .71" high.

Splish Splash - Relax is cut 2.75" wide x 1.246" high.

Cuttlebug Swiss Dots embossing folder is used on the white mat layer.
Zig Jelly Roll pen is used for the dash marks to add a little more interest to the images.
I hand cut a strip of paper and made the rosette and added the pink rhinestone.

Fantastic Flip Cards 2

I have been playing with my Cricut again and one of my newer cartridges! Today I am sharing my second card from this wonderful cartridge! Card measures 5" x 7". Paper is Prima Tales of You & Me. I did not need any paper, but whenever I saw this pretty double-sided 12 x 12 pad and it was on sale, I had to buy it!! Did I say It was on Sale!! Guess I do not really need an excuse!

Cricut Cartridges: 

Anna Griffin Fantastic Flip Cards - The card is cut 11.06" wide x 7" high. This size does not include the envelope. Roses are Print and Cut. The cut size is 2.50" wide 3.35" high. The rose is pop-dotted on the card.

Happy Birthday is printed with the Cricut Midnight pen on a 2.272" wide x 3.487" high rectangle shape. Make a Wish is printed on a 2.25" wide x 3" high rectangle shape.

Anna's Soiree Lettering  - Butterfly is cut 1.941" wide x .921" high and is pop-dotted on the card. Flourish is cut 1.481" wide x .82" high.

Trying to get good photos of this card style is about as hard as trying to choose papers and images! I will share a few different angles of the card.

I really like the way this card turned out. I think it will be a nice surprise when the receipent opens the cards!

Die Cuttin' Divas - Ch. 324 Sketch

Happy 4th of July to you! Hope you are having a great day!

Today begins another fun challenge at Die Cuttin' Divas! First Tuesday of the month and that means Ch. 324 is a Sketch challenge. I chose to use the pretty sketch for a Patriotic card. Card measures 6 1/2" wide x 5" high and is cut from white cardstock. Patterned paper is leftover from a previous project.

Cricut Cartridges:

I cut the layers for my card using Insert Shapes in Cricut Design Space.

Red layer is cut 6.25" wide x 4.75" high. Two white layers are each cut 2.75" wide x 4.50" high. Two patterned paper layers are each cut 2.50" wide x 4.25" high.

Independence Day - Hat is cut 3.25" wide x 3.159" high.

Holidays Through the Years Iron On - Using contour feature, the stars on the image were deleted, leaving only the word Freedom. Freedom was cut 1.932" wide x .444" high. 

Banners - Banner is cut 3.266" wide x .754" high. 

Inside the card:

Insert Shapes - Blue layer is cut 6.25" wide x 4.75" high. White layer is cut 4.25" wide x 4" high.

Cake Basics - Happy is cut 2.964" wide x 1.19" high

Independence Day - 4th of July is cut 2.521" wide x 2.547" high.

Cuttlebug Stars embossing folder is used on the hat. Stars are the cut outs from the hat band. Hat and Banner are pop-dotted on card. A little Colorbox blue inking adds the finishing touch.
