Route 66

I recently received the Cricut cartridge Nifty Fifties and I am sharing my first card made using some of the cuts. There are so many cute cuts available. I am playing along with Die Cuttin ' Diva's #21 Planes, Trains, & Automobiles. My card is 5 x 6 1/2 and the front is covered with a decorative map paper. This paper has been in my stash forever it seems and I do not recall where it was purchased. I thought it would be perfect for my little road trip!
All cuts are from Nifty Fifties.

Cuttlebug folder divine swirls was used on the cloud and I used lots of VersaMagic inking. To add dimension to the card, I used lots of pop dots--1/16" on Route 66, and 1/8" on car and cloud.

Hope you enjoy!
