A Quilted Christmas - Borders

Welcome to Glenda's Cards!

I have been playing again with Cricut A Quilted Christmas cartridge. I am loving this cartridge. There are many pretty images and fun features available. Today I am sharing two cards made using the card feature and borders.
The top card is using the poinsettia Border 4 found on page 72. The lower card is using the gifts/packages Border 8 found on page 76. Both cards are cut at 5.5" from red Recollection paper. The liner is cut from a gold shimmer paper from Holiday Time.
I used Cricut Celebrate with Flourish to cut the sentiment Merry Christmas. It is cut at 1.75" from red and 2 different shades of green papers. The shadow is cut from the gold paper.
Simple cards and I like the finished look of the borders!

  7. Hi Glenda!! It is so nice to see the finished card. You have inspired me to get that cart out again. Just when I think I'm done making Christmas cards, I see something else I want to make. Thanks for sharing.
