Welcome Back Fall

Welcome to Glenda's Cards!

Fall is back! I have been working on some Fall projects for my patio and it is not paper!! After several junking/antiquing trips for an old wooden ladder, I found one. The ladder was distressed and painted white. My friend cut the wooden letters for me. This is my decorated ladder! I am loving it!
Now to finish my decorating!

Hope to work with paper soon! Thanks for stopping by today!

School Days Easel Card

Welcome to Glenda's Cards!

I am combining some Back to School challenges using a sketch challenge! The patterned background paper is from Pressed Petals School Days. I have had this paper pack for a few years. Solid papers are from the scrap stash.

Cricut Cartridges:
Elegant Edges - Using the base Scallop Doily Label image, I welded two labels together to make the card foundation for an easel card. The card was cut in white. Using the single image, I cut one from the patterned School Days paper and one from blue cardstock. The second patterned paper layer was cut using the the top layer image which makes the hole openings. It is layered over the blue cardstock.
Recess - Girl at desk is cut 2" high. Crayon border is also cut from this cartridge.
Create A Friend - School Days is cut 2.75" wide.

Cuttlebug Folders:
Swiss Dots on the white mat and Script on the green mat.
White and green mats hand cut. School Days mat is pop-dotted on card for the easel stop.

Folded Card
 Challenges:
BBTB2 - School Supplies
FCCB - Ch. 259 Back to School (school related or teachers)
