Welcome to Glenda's Cards!
Thanks for stopping by! Today we have another fun and inspirational Cricut challenge for you at BBTB2! Our talented design team sister Brenda is the hostess this challenge and she chose Window to My World! We are asked to use any window from any Cricut cartridge for our card, layout, or 3D project!
Selecting a window was an easy choice for me. I love Christmas/Noel cartridge and this pretty window. I chose to make a Christmas card to get started on my upcoming holiday cards. This is July and I am seeing Christmas merchandise in some stores! I must be late already!
My card starts with a premade 5"x 6 1/2" white card base. Papers are K&Company Yuletide paper pad that was bought last Christmas.
Cricut Cartridge:
Christmas/Noel - Window is cut 5". I used 2 of the images for a bit of dimension to allow the use of the patterned paper behind the window. The paper is part of a decorated Christmas tree from the paper pad. I wanted it to resemble looking through the window to see the beautifully decorated vintage tree.
Wreath is cut 1.75" and is pop-dotted on the window.
Happy Christmas is cut .75".
Martha Stewart: Poinsettia Flourish edge punch is used on the green paper.
Paper Studio: Spare Parts Epoxy brads
Inking is Versa Magic gingerbread.
Visit BBTB2 to see all the lovely and inspirational creations by the design team this week! To read more about the projects, please visit the individual blogs and leave some love. We enjoy reading your comments!
Now it is your turn to play along with us! Remember this is a Cricut challenge and you must use a Cricut window for your project! Please no back linking to earlier blog posts. One winner will be selected to receive the Project of the Week award button. It could be you!
I appreciate your comments!

ReplyDeleteGlenda your Christmas card is very pretty. I love the scene behind the window too. And boy you are right about Christmas merchandise in stores. I jokingly said to my son last week, "I am so glad that Hobby Lobby has all of the Christmas stuff out; I'd hate to have missed it all!" He rolled his eyes at me!!!
